A project that we are particularly proud of and that is now underway is the Dhammasara Monastery situated at Gidgegannup north east of Perth.
Original designs and building costs were $7.5M which the client had difficulty financing. By taking the time to work closely with the client and discussing what aspects were optional, including large foyer spaces etc we were able to redesign the project, include all required functional spaces and reduce the budget to half the original cost.
We believe this is a particularly good example of how, when we connect with project developers in the initial planning stages, we can contribute to cost savings on your bottom line without compromising spaces or standards.
