The Client brief in this project was to create an aesthetically pleasing, fully self-functional toilet block facilities at the local Northam Youth Skate Park Precinct.

The 48.5m2 toilet block was built with steel frames, making it tough and reducing its susceptibility to the elements.
It was clad in Colorbond, with a functional feature aluminium screening. The wood-look aluminium screening gave the building an architecturally pleasant look whilst also acting as a place for natural light to enter the building.
The building also adheres to the BCA’s disabled standards, making it accessible for everyone.
